Michelle Siebert, BCBA

Co-Founder/Executive Director

 

Michelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Masters degree in School Psychology from Rowan University and completed her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at Rutgers University. Her passion in the field began while working as a teacher at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center. She has since worked in public schools and home-based settings providing services for children with developmental disabilities.

Lindsay Keker, BCBA

Co-Founder/Executive Director

Lindsay was first introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis during her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, where she worked as a fieldworker at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center (DDDC). After going on to receive her Master of Arts in Teaching, Lindsay returned to the DDDC as a classroom teacher. During her time at the DDDC, Lindsay completed her coursework and experiential hours towards her BCBA. After leaving the DDDC Lindsay transitioned to teaching self-contained special education classes at Freehold Township Schools. Lindsay has been working first as therapist and, after obtaining her BCBA,  a program coordinator for home therapy cases for five years.  Lindsay has also presented her work at the Annual Autism NJ Conference.
