Kandace Somers
Kandace is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who completed her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at Caldwell University. Kandace gained her clinical experience at Caldwell’s Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis providing services to children. She provides clinical services in various environments including, but not limited to in-home, clinic based, school (private and public) and the community setting. Her main interests include early intervention and self-care skills.
Lauren Antunes
Lauren is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her
Bachelor's degree and her Elementary Teaching Certificate from William
Paterson University. She completed her Masters Degree in Special
Education and her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at Rutgers
University. Lauren's experience includes working with clients and
families in home, school, and community settings. She currently works
in a public school and provides home and community based services for
children with developmental disabilities.
Matthew Lucciola
Matthew Lucciola, M.A.P., BCBA, has been working in the field of autism and related disorders for 10 years. In his current role as Behavior Analyst for Positive Pathways he supervises two cases of middle school-aged teenagers, focusing on developing independence in self help skills and reducing challenging behavior. He earned his Master’s in Applied Psychology at Rutgers University in 2020 as part of the program’s inaugural graduating class. Mr. Lucciola previously worked at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center, where he supervised academic and behavioral programming for transition-aged students with severe challenging behavior.
Kayla Gangemi
Kayla earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, then completed her Masters Degree in Special Education and her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis all at Rutgers University. She worked as a self-contained Special Education teacher utilizing the principles of ABA in her classroom before transitioning to be a public school BCBA. She provides parent training, home and community based services for individuals with Autism.
Marissa Singer
Marissa holds her Masters of Arts in Teaching from New Jersey City University in Early Childhood and Special Education and her Post Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Even though Marissa is a new BCBA, she has 10 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher working with children on the Autism Spectrum as well as working as a Behavior Therapist.
Jessica Baldwin
Jess is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Master of Science in Education degree with an ABA Specialty from Temple University. Her professional interests include behavioral skills training (BST), practical functional assessment and skill-based treatment (PFA/SBT), and multi-disciplinary collaboration. She has worked in public schools, clinics, and home-based settings serving individuals from 18 months to 23 years of age. Jess has also written several articles related to the fields of ABA and special education that have been published by various organizations.
